VOXz Hotel Management Solution(V-HMS)is our existing fully configurable system that allows the management of your hotel. The solution is on client server based. Here is a few things you can see from your main screen:

1. All rooms are displayed on main screen with color coded room status.  
2. Easy room arrangement (Drag & Drop) on the screen just like the real positions of the rooms in the hotel
3. Click on any vacant Room to do the Check-in
4. Same way click on any occupied room to Check Out the guest.
5. View the property overview for any day by easy date tree view.
6. Lock days features enables hotel admin to disallow operators to view or edit previous days. This feature is enabled for the admin.
7. All commonly used features are just one or two mouse clicks away with Extremely easy to use with Graphical user interface.
8. Allow execution of multiple features at the same time, e.g., reservation and guest database
9. Ability to block  rooms  for multiple date ranges

Reservation is very easy to handle through our software. It contains facility like searching, editing and deleting through extremely easy user interface. Basic operations include

1. Select Room of your choice from available rooms list
2. Perform rate type and rate related operations
3. To check in a reserved room, open it and check in; a two mouse click operation!
4. Block Reservation Dates for Certain Date range or selected dates
