Our Solution is separated in to 3 stages. The 3 stages include data mining, notification template design and SMS sent to Operator.
We need first to integrate the subscriber and billing information to the current SMS notification system. It will then able to produce the SMS to be sent based on the SMS template designed and choose for which category. It might have billing category, overdue category and etc
The system is able to set when the SMS to be sent out. The scheduler in the server will automatically sent this bulk SMS out to individual subscriber mobile phone with current information stated
Beside SMS sent from category, this also can be used to sent bulk promotion to subscriber. The template can be designed to address individual mobile operator with their name. it will bring more warm regards to the customer
